You are quoted the whole job — the part, the labour and the visit — as one number. A slow repair is our problem, not your invoice.

Nothing is fitted before you have said yes to a written price. If we find something that changes the scope, you get a new number rather than a surprise.

Same price at midnight

The after-hours call-out is a flat $189 and that is the only premium. The repair itself costs the same at 2am on a holiday as it does on a Tuesday afternoon.

Paying for it

Financing, rebates and the number that actually matters

A system replacement is a large purchase, and the sticker price is rarely the number you should be comparing. Heat pumps and heat pump water heaters in particular attract federal, state and utility incentives that can move the figure substantially, and several of those are paid to the contractor and deducted from your invoice rather than claimed back later.

We quote both figures — gross and net of the incentives your project qualifies for — and we prepare and submit the paperwork as part of the job. An incentive nobody claimed is not an incentive.
